From December 16th to 18th you will be able to ride the bus for free with a donation on a non perishable food item.
Public works director Gina Layte-Liston says it is a popular way for people to help stock the Salvation Army food bank;
“What we’ve heard from riders is that they always look forward to the program because it’s an easy way for them to donate to the Salvation Army”
Previous years have seen 4-500 pounds donated.
