Two Rivers Gallery is showing off Prince George’s forests with their latest exhibition Thursday night.
“Our Trees” was entirely painted by local artist Doris Dittaro.
For inspiration to capture local forests year-round, she says she goes “Into forests and the ancient ones, especially , just going in to groves of birch and aspen, different seasons of the year.”
Dittaro will also be on hand for the opening.
“It’s one of my bigger exhibitions ,” she says. “I’m looking forward to it, all of my friends and family will be there.”
“Our Trees” opening reception goes at the Gallery Thursday, Dec. 11th at 7:30.
