A fire on Shady Lane Road at about 11pm Friday had Prince George Fire Crews from three halls respond.
Light smoke was found coming from the front door and roof of the single-family home and crews extinguished the blaze.
One occupant suffered smoke-related injuries due to the fire. Damage is considered moderate, however, there is no estimated cost yet.
The fire is still under investigation.
