City crews will begin seasonal closures at two outdoor civic facilities on Wednesday, October 31.
Connaught Hill and Carrie Jane Gray Parks will close to vehicular traffic starting at 9pm. Pedestrians will still be able to access the roadway leading up Connaught Hill until it snows.
The process of shutting down and winterizing some public washroom facilities, like the ones at Duchess Park and Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park, has also started.
All parks and public washroom facilities will reopen next spring on a weather-dependent basis.
