The city’s snow removal crews will be out Monday night clearing away the snow that has been falling all day.
Crews are working to maintain Priority 1 areas (main roads, the downtown core, schools, the hospital, and problem hills) as well as Priority 2 areas (arterial and industrial roads) through the night shift, which will also include salting and sanding operations.
Light flurries are in the forecast for tonight, adding up to around 1 cm. more snow.
