Prince George residents are getting a chance to speak their minds about the where their property tax money is going.
The City of Prince George is collecting information in the month of October through an online budget simulator called Citizen Budget, first utilized by the city in 2015.
Residents can enter their personal property assessment into the interactive survey and see how their taxes are allocated across different city operations. The tool also indicated how their choices would affect their bills.
The results of the survey will be presented to Council for the 2019 budget deliberations.
The survey will only be available until October 31st, and can be found here.
