Are you a Prince George resident that had some tires stolen earlier this year?
The RCMP are hoping to return several of them to the original owners as most of them are still unclaimed after a theft investigation in the summer.
On June 15th, police recovered many stolen items, including:
- Tires in various sizes
- Some with rims
- Generator
- Canoe
- Pressure washer
- Air compressor
- Brush saw
All these items are believed to have been taken from the Chief Lake Road and Pine Street areas.
The investigation led to the arrest of three people at a makeshift camp south of Bear Lake, including two men in their 30s, both recently relocated to PG, and an 18-year-old woman.
PG RCMP are asking anyone who may have had their tires stolen prior to June 15th to contact the local detachment at (250) 561-3300.
Residents are asked to describe their tires and provide proof of ownership.
