The top volunteers in Prince George will be celebrated at an annual dinner that will soon be upon us.
The city is accepting nominations for 4 different awards including youth of the year, community service and recreation and culture.
But Brad Beckett is the manager of community partnerships and says one award in particular should garner the most interest:
“..and the outstanding volunteer of merit award, which is the real biggie one. People have to have at least 15 years of volunteer experience at a high degree for that one, so its a significant award to receive and we really look forward to some excellent applications as we have had in the past”
The dinner will be taking place on March the 6th, 2015. For more information or to obtain a nomination package just visit the city of pg website.
