Upgrades to Duchess Park playground are now complete.
The park is officially opened to the public after the City replaced the aging artificial grass turf.
The surface has been replaced with rubber protection made from recycled tires and is expected to have a longer lifespan.
The playground is also wheelchair accessible now.
