WATCH:
Prince George was issued a severe thunderstorm watch after yet another summer storm hit the City this morning.
The conditions brought more rain, thunder, and smaller hail, but Environment Canada is predicting a weather shift in the days ahead.
“It’s after Tuesday where we start to see the summertime ridge of high pressure starting to build. I think Prince George should start to feel some of the fringe benefits of that southern ridge.”
– Meteorologist Trevor Smith
This was the third storm in PG in two weeks and the second major thundershower in three days.
