The Prince George Golf and Curling Club are launching a new initiative called Play PG.
Six facilities are banding together to create a new events calendar to show locals and tourist what happening in the recreational community.
Play PG includes:
-PG Golf Club
-PG Tennis Club
-OVERhang Climbing Gym
-FORE Bistro & Patio
-Roll-a-Dome
-PG Curling Club
“People are always looking for things for their kids to do and families to do together that are quality time,” says General Manager James Cronk. “That’s one of the things we talk about with activities like curling, rock climbing, tennis or golf. They are away from computers they are outdoors in the fresh air and families are doing things together and learning skills together.”
Cronk added they are just starting with their partners on Recplace Drive but would like other organizations to call them to post events on their calendar.
