The Canadian Royal Purple in Prince George is hosting the first Children’s Bike Parade.
The Canadian Royal Purple teamed up with the Brain Injury Association to start a bike parade, where kids and adults learn the proper way of wearing a helmet
Christine Smith from the PG Brian Injured Group says most kids wear their helmets to high on their heads.
“If your child crashes the helmet will slip back so we recommend that the helmet is two finger widths from their eyebrows and one finger underneath the chin and a strong V underneath their ear.”
All the money raised from the event is going towards the Brain Injury Association.
