The Canada Winter Games torch relay arrives in Prince George Tuesday as it begins to illuminate the North.
Communications manager Alyson Gourley-Cramer asks everyone to come out and support the runners from 5 to 7 pm:
“You can watch the relay in the plaza on big screens, or you can line the streets and cheer on the 37 inspirational torch bearers that will be running throughout the downtown and games village on route to the newly re-named Canada Games Plaza”
Cramer also says the hundred days out milestone has been felt, and that ticket and games gear sales have picked up significantly as the games draw nearer.
