WATCH:
College of New Caledonia (CNC) dental students will now be fully equipped for the working world after graduation.
The post-secondary school has received more than $200,000 in digital equipment, replacing old film and other conventional material.
“All the errors came from taking photos of patient teeth, which is a little frustrating to both the patients and the students. So with the digital imaging system, we won’t run into any processing issues and it’s better for everyone.”
– CNC Instructor Lana Duncan
The new equipment includes chairs, LED lighting, sensors, desks, and up-to-date software systems for stronger resolutions.
