Premier John Horgan set to return to PG

BC’s premier will be making a trip up to the northern capital for a second time in three months.

He’s set to deliver a keynote speech at the 2018 BC Council of Forest Industries Convention in Prince George.

The premier’s new itinerary comes months after addressing the Natural Resources Forum, where he addressed the issues of Indigenous rights and equality as well as protecting BC’s big economic traits for global exportation.

More than 500 delegates are expected to participate in the three-day event, including Canada’s Ambassador to the US David MacNaughton, Forests Minister Doug Donaldson, and Jobs Minister Bruce Ralston.

The event takes place at the Prince George Civic Centre April 4th to 6th.
