Food recall warning for pre-packaged shrimp at Loblaws affiliated stores

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has put out a nation wide recall for Loblaw Companies Limited.

People are being asked to stay clear of certain pre-packaged Cooked Shrimp (56/65 Shrimp per lb.)-Pacific White Shrimp, due to the potential of raw material.

The product shouldn’t be consumed because is may contain harmful bacteria.

If you think you became sick form ingesting the product, call your doctor.

Stores effected are Extra Foods, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Wholesales Club, Independent and affiliated independent stores.

So far there has been no illnesses reported.
