UPDATE:
Prince George fire crews have concluded their investigation into a Monday afternoon fire along 1st Avenue.
According to Assistant Fire Chief Denis Poulin in a statement, the cause of the blaze originated from flying welding sparks near cardboard and a fuel tank.
More than a dozen firefighters from three different halls responded to the incident, arriving to black smoke coming out of the front and back of the structure.
Eastbound 1st Avenue was shut down for more than an hour while crews were investigating, but it has since re-opened.
The estimated damage cost ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.
