If you still have a big green tree hanging out in your living room, you have a chance to recycle it this weekend.
The Prince George Central Lions Club and the City of PG will be at the CN Centre today and tomorrow taking in Christmas tree, where they will be be recycled into mulch and used in flower beds around the city.
This initiative has been taking place for years now, but the Lions Club use to pick up trees with their own vans and trucks when everyone use to have real trees in their homes.
The event starts at 10am today and goes until 4pm and will resume the same time tomorrow.
