The City of Prince George and BC Transit is teaming together once again in an effort to gather food donations for The Salvation Army.
Food for Fare is a program where transit users can ride for free provided they donate a non-perishable food item on board.
“The holiday season is a great time for people to help out with those that might need a little more support this time of year and throughout the year,” says BC Transit Communications Manager Jonathon Dyck.
The program runs from Wednesday, December 13th, to Friday, December 15th.
