Real Estate prices have again been steady here in Prince George.
That’s the message from the BC Northern Real Estate board who are saying that the growth in the region has continued its consistent trend over the past few years.
With just over eleven hundred and fifty single family homes sold up to third quarter, Vice-President of the BCNREB David Black says average home values in Prince George are rising consistently every year:
“The average house price in Prince George right now $273,321, its up 4.6% from last year. 2011 and 2012 was 2.6%, then from 2013 3.7%, and this years 4.6%. So we’re not shooting the lights out but we’re on a steady incline here.”
Fort St. John finds itself as the most expensive real estate here in the North, with average home prices going for a whopping 410 thousand dollars.
