Theatre Northwest selling old wardrobe in time for Hallowe'en

If you’re looking for a Hallowe’en costume that’s going to stand apart from the rest at Hallowe’en parties, Theatre Northwest has you covered.

They are holding a massive costume sale, starting Saturday, featuring many of their old costumes, clothes, and accessories from their previous shows on the racks.

Carli Staub with the theatre says the reason for the sale is because they were moving storage spaces and simply need to downsize.

“When we moved everything, we went ‘Oh my goodness, there’s 20 years worth of costumes here, it’s just a bit too much to store, it gets to the point where you don’t even know what you have, because there’s just so much of it.”

Staub says this isn’t like your average costume sale, saying “We don’t necessarily have a witch costume, or this or that, but we have all of the elements to create something really great and the great thing about this is that it’s not your package costume, it’s clothing.”

The sale starts Saturday at noon at the Dreamland School of the Arts and goes until Sunday at 4 p.m..
