Long serving councilor Murry Krause has announced that he will seek a sixth term.
He says he is running on a well balanced and proven track record;
“I think that I have a proven track record of working hard for the community and bringing a balanced view to the council table. I do my homework and am prepared to do that for at least another 4 years.”
During his next term he says he plans on focusing on social justice, keeping Prince George progressive and “of course infrastructure”.
In his 6th election now, he knows it’s still early in the campaign;
“We will see what the campaign brings, I’m sure there will be many people seeking the eight councilor seats. We’ll see how many seek the mayoral seat, but every campaign really tends to take on a life of its own so I’m sure there will be other issues that arise during the election.”
Prince George goes to the polls on November 15th.
