The final numbers are in for Vista Radio’s Charity week.
Across 41 radio stations in three provinces and the Northwest Territories Charity week raised $1,222,000 during the week ending December 13th. The total goes far above this year’s target of $1,000,000.
In North and Central BC local stations raised;
-Country 840 – 100 Mile House – $19,625 for the 100 Mile Food Bank
-Cariboo Country – Quesnel – $6000 for the Salvation Army
-98.9 The Goat – Williams Lake – $5500 for the Salvation Army
-Country 97 / 94.3 The Goat – Prince George – $73,600 for the St Vincent de Paul Society
-Valley Country – Vanderhoof – $24,100 for Santa’s Anonymous
-The Moose FM – Smithers – $49,500 for the Salvation Army food bank
