Northern Development Initiative Trust has accomplished a significant milestone.
The economic developer has had its 1500th project approved.
From project number one, the Valemount Visitor Centre in 2005, to airport and Northern Sport Centre upgrades, Communications Director – Joel Mackay says NDIT also provides economic diversification programs, “As well as our internship program, taking students who are graduating from UNBC and getting them out into communities for experience in local government, management, or right here in Prince George working with us on economic development.”
Project #1500 is an expansion to Northwest Regional Airport near Terrace.
