A woman has died after an early morning collision north of Prince George near Bear Lake.
RCMP were called just after 8am to a single vehicle incident on Highway 97.
When officers arrived they found a Ford pickup down an embankment, where the driver was trapped inside.
The 33-year-old woman was pronounced dead on scene.
North District Traffic and the BC Coroners Service is investigating.
Speed is being considered a factor.
