BC Hydro has released some tips on saving some power this Halloween season.
With the spooky time of year approaching most people will be lighting up their homes leading up to the special night.
The Company wants to remind the public that electronic appliances can draw power even when turned off, leading to a 10% increase in your power bill.
On average BC homes have more than 25 devices that draw power, including everything from television, game consoles, and coffeemakers.
