The Prince George Crime Prevention Unit is teaming up with the BC RCMP’s recruitment section to try and find some new recruits for volunteering and the RCMP.
Tomorrow nights information session only requires a piece of government ID to attend, and Linda Parker with community policing explains why her detachment is so important for people interested in a career in law enforcement:
“Very often younger individuals may not have the required volunteer experience, so that’s where Community Policing comes in”
The session takes place at the Prince George RCMP Detachment on Victoria street from 7:30 to 9 pm on Tuesday evening.
