An incident on Fir St. Thursday has one suspect in custody.
At around 1:20 p.m., police arrived to a residence on the 1500 block they say is known to police with a lengthy history connected to organized crime.
Nearby homes were evacuated and traffic blocked in the area until just after 4 p.m. when a warrant under the Controlled Drug Act was executed with the Emergency Response Team.
Prince George RCMP are using this incident to remind the public to report any drug related activity either to the detachment at (250) 561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
