As you get ready for Easter next weekend, food may be something you’re either anticipating or dreading. Therefore Northern Health has issued some tips and reminders to help you get through the holiday. Dietician Flo Sheppard says the big meal next weekend has the potential to be a healthy one.
Sheppard says to also look at ways of adding extra nutrient value to your meal. She also suggest sticking to a routine when eating to make sure you don’t overindulge.
