The City of Prince George is working on four big road projects for the next week.
Starting Monday, projects include:
Hwy 97 N. Frontage Rd (Northwood Pulp to Perrin)
Estimated cost $331,060
Hwy 97 N. Frontage Rd (E. Austin to Weisbrod)
Estimated cost $176,360
Tyner Boulevard (Ospika Boulevard to University Heights)
Estimated Cost $284,000
Freeman Street (5th Ave. to 8th Ave)
Estimated Cost $74,000
South Blackburn (Giscome Road to Blackburn Road)
Estimated Cost $325,000
Landooz Road (Fraser Flats Road to PG Sawmill)
Estimated Cost $415,000
Also, work is underway to transform 4th Ave. from one-way to two-way traffic.
Weather permitting, these projects will wrap up by Sunday, August 3rd.
Drivers are advised to look for alternate routes and to use caution around road crews.
