If you’re planning to do some business at Prince George City Hall, you might want to think again.
On Friday morning, the civic building experienced a power outage and Senior Communications Manager, Mike Kellett says some employees have already called it a day.
“All non-essential staff have been asked to go home, the service centre and customer service are on by the use of a generator. We are 90% sure that it is a hydro issue which has affected the transformer in the basement at city hall.”
Tests are being done that could take up to a minimum of 4 hours.
