An Amber Alert has been deactivated after a four-year-old girl has been found safely.
Vancouver Police say Delilah Felton was discovered in Surrey along with her mother Angela Hanley.
The 46-year-old has been taken into custody and the VPD thank the public and media for assisting with the investigation.
