Home invasion robbery sends one man to hospital

The Prince George RCMP are investigating an early morning home invasion robbery that sent one man to hospital.

At about 2 am this morning, the RCMP received a report of an activated panic alarm at a residence on the 2300 block of Oak Street. Attending officers found a man in the residence – he was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Several firearms were stolen and it is believed the robbery was targeted. Police also believe more than one person was responsible for the incident. They are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the people responsible. Anyone with any information is asked to call the local detachment or Crime Stoppers.
