Big Brothers Big Sisters Prince George is holding its last Bowl for Kids Sake this weekend.
The event has been running for about 20 years and has grown into one of the organisation’s premier events.
Communications Assistant Sydney Sankey says its community support at events like this that allow the organisation to help kids in need.
“Big Brother Big Sisters hopes really that with a mentor, kids can dream bigger, they can reach further, and they can achieve things they didn’t think they could previously.”
All the money raised tonight will go towards different programs, whether it be at school, after school, or upcoming group programming.
Bowling runs from 7 PM – 9 PM Friday at Black Diamond lanes, then again Saturday again from 5 PM to 7 PM.
