A member of Prince George City Council could add another title to his name very soon.
Murry Krause is currently the only nominee for President of the Union of BC Municipalities which has its convention in Victoria from September 26-30.
If elected, Krause would continue to push the issue of a province-wide anti-poverty strategy.
“I think it is important to acknowledge the whole board are advocates for a strong anti-poverty strategy, multiple resolutions have passed on the floor of the convention asking for the province to look at a sustainable program.”
Krause has also been the Executive Director for the Central Interior Native Health Society for the past 21 years.
