Theatre lovers can get excited about Theatre Northwest’s Mainstage Series starting up on Thursday.
There will be six shows for TNW’s 23rd season, covering everything from murder mysteries and comedies for adults, to things like Robert Munsch for the kids.
Artistic Director Jack Grinhaus says you can stay in the city and see a great show.
“You don’t have to go now to New York to see a Broadway show, we’re bringing it. ‘Fly Me to the Moon,’ that play is right off of Broadway so don’t fly over to New York, come on out and see it. We’ve got the best actors in the country, the best designers in the country.”
The season starts Thursday, September 15h with the debut of “Fly me to the Moon.” After that will be Alice in Wonderland (November 17 – December 7), “Drowning Girls” (January 26th – February 15th), “Half Life ” (March 23 – April 12), “Isitwendum” (May 4 – 7), and “Munsch Upon a Time”(May 10 – 20).
