BCNE on the hunt for volunteers

The BC Northern Exhibition gets under way next month, and the committee is now looking for volunteers.

General Manager Heather Webster says, “Every year the BCNE relies on hundreds of volunteers to make the fair possible, and we are looking for volunteers in almost every department. If you have your ‘Serving It Right’ we’re looking for people to do that, we need volunteers for maintenance, for the gates. So if you’re interested you can come into our office or check out our website.”

Webster says this year’s theme is “Go Big!”, so they’re expanding the midway and the number of events they’re holding.

The fair goes from August 7th to 10th at Exhibition Park in Prince George.
