Three charged following Saturday Break & Enter

Three people face charges following Saturday mornings alleged break and enter and car chase.

The RCMP was called to a Cowart Road business around 4 AM on Saturday, July 30th. Upon arrival, Police say a pickup truck rammed a marked RCMP vehicle and took off.

Police add the car drove for about another 20 minutes before hitting a parked car on Pioneer Avenue and stopping.

Adam Kelly McGowan (born 1978), Maddison Irene Joyce Calder (born 1997), and Devin Andrew Jacobs (born 1985) all face breaking and enter with intent to commit offence charges.

McGowan faces another five charges, including dangerous operation of motor vehicle, assaulting a Peace Officer, flight from a Peace Officer, assault with a weapon, and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.

Calder faces two which also includes the dangerous operation of motor vehicle.

Jacobs faces the one charge.

All three are due in Prince George court on August 10th.
