If you’re downtown today, you may have noticed some undead wandering around.
Prince George is playing host to a horde of zombies at the city’s second annual zombiefest.
Organizer Mindy Colliss says it’s been a great event so far.
“It is going fabulous! I’m very happy with the turnout – it’s overwhelming how many people come out dressed up as zombies.”

The afternoon’s activities included a parade, a costume contest and musical performances at City Hall. Partial proceeds from the festivities go to benefit local charities.
The event also features a special appearance by Juan Pareja, an actor from Season 1 of the hit TV show “The Walking Dead.”
And it’s not over yet! Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park will be the site of a zombie dance party this evening. So if you missed the undead horde, you can head down to the park to see the dead dance.
