Miller was arrested in July of last year.

100 Mile House RCMP were called out to an assault in progress after a man refused to put out a campfire due to a province-wide ban being in place.

The suspect is then accused of becoming abusive and trying to steal their fire truck.

RCMP say the fire fighters managed to prevent that from happening but were then assaulted. Police say the man then grabbed a chainsaw, started it up and used it in a threatening manner against them.

He was eventually arrested with the help of pepper spray.
