After the fallout from Multi-Material BC’s curbside recycling in PG left the regional district without a recycling plan, they have come to a decision.
The district’s board moved to see the recycling drop depot service extended until May 2015, paid for by surrounding communities.
District Chair Art Kaehn says this is a common challenge across Northern B-C, with many communities taking up MMBC’s offer.
