The Prince George RCMP are investigating a structure fire early Friday morning.
It happened just after 2 am on the 5100 block of North Nechako Road inside of a mobile home.
Upon arrival fire crews found heavy smoke inside the back bedroom.
No one was home at the time of the blaze.
Damage is estimated at $45,000 and the fire has been deemed suspicious in nature.
