Over 300 delegates are set to attend this week’s International Bio-Energy Conference in Prince George.
Starting Thursday and going till Friday, the PG Civic Centre will be the site of a series of talks and discussion about the future of bio-energy.
Organizing Chair Don Zurowski says the convention is also a chance to showcase what Northern B-C and Canada are doing when it comes to the fuel source.
Zurowski says Minister of Forest Steve Thompson will open the forum and Jobs Minister Shirley Bond will give the closing remarks on Friday.
He says many international speakers are set to discuss bio-energy from a number of angles.
