Northern Health reviews recent emergency response

Northern Health has released its own study into how they have handled recent emergency responses.

Coming out of Monday’s board meeting, CEO Cathy Ulrich says several recent emergencies have been reviewed, ranging from the major earthquakes off the North Coast, to forest fires in the northwest, to flooding here in Prince George.

Northern Health says they will now conduct an audit schedule for training and drills, and also look at a series of codes specific to Northern Regions.
