Lally fights to a Western Canadian title

Inner City fighter Kenny Lally won his only bout by a 3rd round TKO in the 56 kg weight class at the Western Canadian Senior Elite Boxing Championships in Red Deer. His Prince George teammate, Jag Seehra, finished 1-1. Seehra took his opener by unanimous decision and followed that with a loss to former PG boxer Robbie Cusine of Edmonton in the final of the 60kg division. Lally advances to the Nationals this fall.

–Bob Pegues of Prince George (who coaches the Inner City Boxing Club) has been named head coach of the Western Canadian boxing team that will compete at the Canadian Championships in Ontario starting October 28th.
