Jasper In January Festival in full swing

Jasper in January is once again taking place in 2016.

The month-long festival features Food-A-Palooza which kicks off today (Thu) and runs until Sunday.

Marketing Spokesperson for the Marmot Basin Resort, Erin Reade says the skiing conditions haven’t been bad either.

“We had a huge amount of snow in November, sunshine in December and now the snow is falling again so life is just fantastic.”

Food-A-Palooza begins with a chilli cook-off tonight (Thu) followed by a Wine and Winter event tomorrow (Fri).

It will wrap up on Sunday with the Jasper Diner-out.
