Residents have expressed concerns over paying for the $2.4 million construction project set to start Monday
The residents themselves will not be able to make their case to council, but councillors are anticipated to have a group discussion on it.
Council will also look over three options for changes to the residential rental properties by-law.
The meeting gets underway at six pm in Council Chambers.
