The Chilliwack Chiefs continue their winning ways against the Prince George Spruce Kings winning 7-3 today (Sun).
Chilliwack carried a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes when Aaron O’Neill scored on the power-play at 19:45.
It was a goal-fest in the second with both teams scoring three apiece starting with Jake Smith potting his sixth of the season for a 2-0 Chiefs lead.
Prince George would score three in a row over a six minute span courtesy of Kyle Johnson followed by a pair from Tanner Campbell.
The Chiefs responded with two more late in the frame off the sticks of Taylor Allen and Darien Craighead.
Chilliwack added three more in the third from Mark Esposito, Zack Giuttari and Vimal Sukumaran.
Joseph McLeod made 36 saves in defeat after starting his second straight game.
The Spruce Kings begin a nine-game home stand on Thursday against the Trail Smoke Eaters at 7pm from the Coliseum.
