The Langley Rivermen continued their winning ways against the Prince George Spruce Kings with a 5-1 today (Sun).
Corey Hoffman put the visitors ahead for the only time in the game at 15:31 to make it 1-0.
Before the end of the period Matty Saharchuk tied things up at 1-1 at 18:43.
In the second, former Moose Jaw Warrior Torrin White and Zac Masson put Langley ahead 3-1 after 40 minutes.
The Rivermen would add to the advantage in third with a pair of goals courtesy of John Schuldt and Jason O’Neill.
Prince George was outshot 45-35 overall.
Sam Tanguay made 40 saves in the loss.
The Spruce Kings remain 15 points back of Coquitlam for the final playoff spot in the Mainland Division and will face the Express on January 2nd at 7:30 from the Poirier Sports and Leisure Centre.
