The Teddy Bear Toss game for the Prince George Cougars is just around the corner.
Media Relations Director, Dan O’Connor says over 5 thousand tickets have been sold so far with not many left.
“We are asking our fans to get those tickets secured as early as possible and get into the building a bit sooner due to the lengthy lines.”
O’Connor adds fans should be ready when the Cougars score their first goal.
“When the first goal is scored you want to be ready to throw your toy or presents on to the ice so kids and local folks in Prince George have a happy holiday.”
The toys will then be donated to various groups in the city for the holiday season.
This is the first time both teams have played each other since last year’s play-off series.
